Before you order
What is the difference between RIPE IPv6 leasing and IPv6 via tunnel?
RIPE IPv6 leasing provides the address allocation. IPv6 via tunnel adds routed delivery to your endpoint over a network tunnel. The allocation keeps its normal billing period, and a new 100 Mbps shared tunnel adds $5 per month.
Is the $3/year IPv6 prefix the complete tunnel price?
No. The Starter /48 allocation is $3 per year, and a new shared tunnel adds $5 per month. Larger prefixes use their listed RIPE allocation rate. Extra transfer, when purchased, is additional.
Which tunnel protocols are supported?
IPv6 tunnel delivery supports WireGuard, GRE, GRETAP, SIT and VXLAN, matching the IPv4 tunnel options. Confirm endpoint compatibility when arranging the service.
What port speed and traffic are included?

The prefix uses normal RIPE IPv6 pricing. A new 100 Mbps shared tunnel adds $5 per month. For example, a /48 costs $3 per year for the prefix plus $5 per month for the tunnel.
Can I add IPv6 to an existing tunnel?
Yes. IPv6 can be added to an existing tunnel instead of ordering a new shared tunnel. Contact HYEHOST with the tunnel service details to arrange the addition.
Can I buy extra transfer?
Yes. Extra transfer is available, as with IPv4 tunnels. Choose the additional allowance you need; confirm the available options and charges when ordering.
Is the IPv6 allocation price included in the $5 tunnel fee?
No. The $5 per month charge is for the new 100 Mbps shared tunnel. The RIPE IPv6 prefix is billed separately at its normal annual or monthly rate.
Do I need a new internet connection?
The IPv6 space is delivered over a tunnel using your existing connection. You need a compatible router or server endpoint and a connection that supports the selected tunnel protocol.
