NZ Budget VPS
For small bots, monitoring, development boxes and IPv6-native network labs.
The entry plan is billed from $2.25 quarterly. IPv4 can be added when your application needs it.
Deploy a KVM virtual server for New Zealand customers, an Asia-Pacific application or a self-hosted service. Choose lightweight Budget VPS, flexible Cloud VPS or dedicated-core VDS, with regional transfer allowances and free automated BGP.

CPU, RAM and disk allocations match the corresponding UK and US plans. Auckland has its own monthly public transfer allowances. All prices below are in USD; follow a range to view each plan and current regional availability.

For web applications, APIs, Docker services and everyday self-hosting.
Linux and BSD on KVM, with IPv4 and IPv6 included. Choose the plan for your application stack.
For dedicated CPU workloads, nested virtualisation and Windows Server.
Dedicated CPU resources, larger memory allocations and more monthly transfer than Cloud VPS.
Choose location around your users, not just a headline resource figure. Auckland is a useful deployment region for New Zealand and Oceania workloads; test the routes your customers use before deciding.
Keep an application endpoint in the country your audience is based in. Deploy business tools, APIs and customer-facing services without placing every workload in the UK or US.
Add Auckland to a regional deployment serving New Zealand, Australian or Asia-Pacific users. Network paths vary by ISP: check actual reachability rather than assuming a fixed latency improvement.
Manage your VM, rebuilds, console and service changes in the HYEHOST panel. Size the CPU, memory and disk for the application, then budget public transfer separately.
Choose the operating system and network setup your project needs. Dedicated-core VDS is the route to Windows; automated BGP is available for your authorised network resources.
Bring your ASN and authorised prefixes, add a BGP session through the panel, and configure your router using the assigned neighbour settings. Read the New Zealand BGP VPS page for the provisioning workflow, route-record preparation and routing-lab options.
Run Windows Server on VDS1, VDS2 or VDS3 in Auckland, with dedicated CPU resources and remote desktop administration. Windows is also available on VDS in Wolverhampton and Ashburn, but not on standard Cloud or Budget VPS. Compare NZ Windows VDS.
NZ VM transfer is lower than in the UK and US. A faster port lets a transfer complete more quickly; it does not make monthly public traffic unlimited. Estimate uploads, downloads and application traffic before ordering.
| Range | Plans | NZ transfer |
|---|---|---|
| Budget VPS | V6-512 / V6-1024 / V6-2048 | 100 / 200 / 300 GB |

| Cloud VPS | 300 / 350 / 400 | 800 / 900 / 1,000 GB |
| VDS | VDS1 / VDS2 / VDS3 | 2 / 3 / 5 TB |
Extra public transfer is available in 1 TB blocks at $2.50 per TB/month. These VM add-ons do not set the pricing for tunnel or transit services.
Cloud VPS 100 includes 500 GB monthly transfer. Adding one 1 TB block gives 1,500 GB of monthly allowance and adds $2.50/month to the plan price, before any other optional upgrades.
The included 2Gbps unmetered private LAN is for VM-to-VM traffic, separate from public transfer. Plan which services communicate privately and which must send traffic over the public internet.
Our New Zealand VMs are deployed in Auckland. Cloud VPS, Budget VPS and dedicated-core VDS are available as separate ranges, with regional stock shown on the corresponding product page.
Cloud VPS uses shared CPU resources and starts from $2.99/month. VDS has dedicated CPU resources, 32–64 GB RAM and larger NZ transfer allowances, starting from $29.99/month. Windows Server is available on VDS only.
Budget VPS is IPv6-native with an IPv6 address included. Public IPv4 is an optional add-on. Cloud VPS includes IPv4 and IPv6 as standard; choose the range that matches your application's connectivity needs.
